The K.C. DeRhodes House designed in 1906 was the first home Wright built in Indiana and is the only Wright Prairie-style home in the state. This nearly 3,000-square-foot home has been privately owned for 43 years and beautifully restored and preserved. The symmetry and synergy are evident throughout the exterior and interior of the home, including matching front and back terraces. The stucco has been professionally and accurately restored within the past year. The home’s 65 exterior windows are beautiful, intricate art glass, with matching interior bookcases and light fixtures.
