Thank you for your interest in supporting the Conservancy’s annual Silent Auction!
Please submit one donation form per item unless several items are presented as a single lot. Conservancy staff will review your submission and inform you whether we can accept it. Items require a minimum value of $50. We reserve the right to bundle donations and retain books that fall below the minimum value for the FLWBC office library. We may, at our discretion, respectfully decline any donation.
You are required to declare the fair market value of your donation. This is the price the item would sell for on the open market. Items valued at $250+ may require documentation of value. We reserve the right to establish minimum bids for all items.
Step 1: Click the red button to submit a donation form by August 1. You’ll receive a confirmation email after submitting the form.
Step 2: Staff will review your proposed donation and let you know if we are able to accept it or if we have questions or require documentation of value before we can do so.
Step 3: After we accept your donation, we will follow up to provide shipping instructions, if applicable.
Step 4: You will receive a letter acknowledging the value of your donation for tax purposes.
