COVID-19 and the Frank Lloyd Wright Building Conservancy
The Frank Lloyd Wright Building Conservancy takes the threat posed by COVID-19 (coronavirus disease) seriously. The health and safety of our members, event attendees, and staff is our priority. We are closely following updates from the CDC and local health authorities. This is a fluid and rapidly-evolving situation, and we commit to sharing timely updates with relevant stakeholders as decisions are made. Any important announcements will be sent directly to those most impacted, as well as posted here and on our social media platforms.
Current impacts as of March 19:
- Conservancy staff began working remotely on Monday, March 16. We expect our office to remain closed until at least April 7. We remain committed to providing resources and services to our members and Wright building stewards. The best way to reach us at this time is to send email to individual staff directly or to our general inbox email@example.com. If you have joined or renewed your membership recently, there may be a delay in mailing your membership materials.
- Dinner at Auldbrass Plantation, originally scheduled for Saturday, March 28, has been cancelled. We hope to announce a rescheduled date in the future.
- Out and About Wright: New Mexico’s Modern Side, scheduled for April 30-May 3, has been postponed. Registrants have received an email with additional details. We expect to reschedule this event for spring 2021.
- As of now, planning is proceeding as usual for the Conservancy’s Annual Conference in Buffalo, scheduled for September 23-27. Registration will open in June.
