Emil Bach House Virtual Tour & Book Talk

On April 20, 2021, members of the Conservancy’s Leadership Circle were invited to a live virtual tour and book talk at the Emil Bach House in Chicago, Illinois. We are pleased to make the video of this event available to the public to view. Event description is below the video. For those wishing to learn more about the house or who might want to book an overnight stay or event, visit the Emil Bach House website!

Learn about the history of this urban Prairie School house, designed by Wright in 1915, from the author of the book Frank Lloyd Wright’s $10,000 Home. Enjoy a docent-guided virtual tour showcasing the beautifully-restored house. Hear about the business model that has been developed to sustain it, and enjoy the opportunity to ask questions during the event. All registrants will receive a copy of the book about the house as a small token of the Conservancy’s appreciation for your support.

Speakers include:

  • Robert J. Hartnett, author of “Frank Lloyd Wright’s $10,000 Home”
  • Carmen Korleski, Emil Bach House/ TAWANI Property Management
  • Bill Kundert, Docent, Frank Lloyd Wright Trust
