As Fallingwater begins its largest preservation project in two decades, new technologies, methods, and materials to address the effects of water infiltration are being explored. Learn about some of these initiatives and discuss the challenges of working on a landmark Wright design cantilevered over a waterfall. Fallingwater, designed by Wright for Edgar and Liliane Kaufmann, is a National Historic Landmark, and is inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List as part of The 20th-Century Architecture of Frank Lloyd Wright.
Scott W. Perkins, Senior Director of Preservation and Collections, Fallingwater
