AIA Credit Request Form

Each of the six tour sessions during Way Out and About Wright 2021 has been approved by the AIA for 1 LU of continuing education credit. A total of six credits are available if you attend all sessions.

Please note that you may only request credit for those sessions which you attended live via Zoom. If we are unable to substantiate your attendance at a live session, credit will not be provided.

Please complete this form by Monday, May 24 to request credit. Credit requests will be processed on Wednesday, May 26.  If you are an AIA member, your credits will be submitted electronically to the AIA. If you request a certificate, it will be emailed to you at that time.
